GABRIEL FRATINI
Chef Gabriel Fratini’s culinary journey began at the tender age of 15, setting the stage for a lifelong exploration of flavors across Italy, France, and London. His passion deepened in Hong Kong, where he not only mastered culinary arts but also shared his expertise through teaching. By the age of 30, he had already established himself as a restaurant owner, setting the stage for decades of innovation in culinary arts. Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Gabriel has witnessed the evolution of cooking methods and food presentation. Driven by his profound love for Italian heritage, Chef Gabriel is now poised for a fresh adventure at GAB’s Gastro Bar in Canggu, Bali. Here, he promises a daily spectacle of creativity, crafting dishes that captivate with their freshness and flavors. Beyond the kitchen, Chef Gabriel is also an accomplished painter, bringing a unique artistic perspective to his culinary creations.
