Astonishingly, he became a restaurant owner by the age of 30.

With over five decades of culinary experience, Chef Gabriel is renowned for his innovative dishes that blend contemporary flair with his deep-rooted Italian heritage. At GAB’s GastroBar in Canggu, Bali, Chef Gabriel continues to innovate, crafting fresh, personalized dishes daily.
